Why study population?

As we saw in the brainstorming exercise, many of the problems facing us in the next 20 years are related to having MORE PEOPLE in the same area. Therefore, we should get an idea of how population grows to better understand future issues.

Make an estimate

  1. Estimate the current population of:

    RegionPopulation
    The World
    The Unites States
    Wake County

  2. Estimate the rate of growth for each region:

    RegionGrowth Rate
    The World
    The Unites States
    Wake County
